What can be returned?
You may return most unused and unopened, standard cut natural stone slabs within 12 days of delivery. Custom cut slabs, or slabs with special finishes or treatments, are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:
• Damaged product: If your stone slab arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
• Incorrect product: If you receive a stone slab that is different from what you ordered, please contact us. We’ll arrange for the correct slab to be shipped to you or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at returns@backlitslab.com or by phone at +1-(213) 262 0817 within the return window. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the slab safely.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned slab and verify it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 20 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please Note:
• We cannot accept returns for used, installed, or altered stone slabs.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the slab is defective or incorrect.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the slab is defective or incorrect.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment for the full value of the stone slab.
